2017 has started out with a bang for Something Blue Wedding Photography located in downtown Tucson. We moved into an amazing studio space in downtown Tucson. We knew this was the place we were meant to be when we arrived to see a blue door welcoming us home. We are still working on getting everything in its place but loving the vibe. We are opening up our studio for an open house on April 10th from 5pm-7pm. We invite one and all. We especially would love to invite any new couples looking for their perfect photographer. We will have albums on site for viewing and we can chat over a glass of champagne. There may be a few of our past clients there and they can share their experience with you.
We were very excited to introduce a new logo and branding into our company. It’s a fresh exciting change and hope you like it.
Doing the Happy Dance……..We were able to collaborate with some of the best of the best of Tucson’s wedding professionals when we photographed the cover of Tucson Bride and Grooms last issue. The amazing-incredible-sparkling Rackel Gehlson Weddings was the mastermind behind this desert ranch glam shoot. The setting was at our beloved Tanque Verde Ranch. Shout out to MaryEllen and Sarah (aka lovers of all things wedding). Below I show a close up of the grooms bow tie and boutineer. They are made out of wood by Two Guys Bow Ties. So incredibly cool and hot looking. Not all guys want flowers and this is an amazing alternative. You can see Jayson from I Do Hair and Make up sporting one in the group photo. But speaking of flowers….Posh Petals delivered with this amazing bouquet filled with lush blooms. She always knocks it out of the park and she is fun to hang out with. Our gorgeous bride is crushing it with this one of a kind Gigi Bridal gown. The back of the dress….sigh!! Our kissable and cute couple were beautified by the I Do Hair and Makeup Artistry team. Joining us with video was our ubber talented and I must say beautiful friend from Black Sheep. Here is a link to her video from the day: Black Sheep Filmworks. Every detail to attention was spot on. And we thank the Tucson Bride and Groom Magazine team and editor Fran Samuel for the opportunity to share our love of weddings. The day was filled with laughter and creative minds.
So there you have it. 2017 is starting out with a bang for Something Blue Photography. Hope to see you soon and Happy Planning.
Love and laughter…photographing…the happily ever after!!
